The City provides many of its forms and documents online. These can be downloaded and printed or forms below may be filled out online but must be printed out to be signed, and returned to the appropriate department with any payment required.
These public records are available online free of charge to review and download. These records include but are not limited to ordinances, council payables, resolutions, council and commission agendas and minutes, and City budget. To make an official request to examine or copy public records not list here, you can contact the City Clerk’s Office by email or phone 208.773.3511 for a Public Information Request Form.
