Position: Water Reclamation Operator

The City of Post Falls seeks a full-time Water Reclamation Operator to perform a variety of duties including; installing, repairing, operating, and maintaining sewer plant and collection system facilities. Minimum requirements: High school graduate or GED, 6 months collection experience, installation or labor experience with sewer systems; including laying pipe and setting manholes; Vactor or jetter truck experienced preferred; capable of frequent heavy lifting ( 75 lbs), Commercial Driver’s License (or ability to obtain w/in 90 days of hire); Class 1 Wastewater certificate preferred. Subject to Drug Testing. Entry wage $15.10 DOE per hour plus excellent benefits.
Position: Utilities Project Manager

The City of Post Falls is seeking a Full-time Utilities Project Manager to oversee on-going projects related to water, wastewater, and stormwater facilities and systems. The City Utilities Department is a challenging, exciting, and positive place to work and seeks a motivated individual interested in making a difference in the future of the City’s infrastructure.
Requirements for this position include a combination of an associate’s degree or higher in engineering, construction management or a related field with construction project management experience that provides the skills and abilities to perform the job. Qualified candidates must have knowledge of engineering standards and practices used in water and wastewater and understand the current codes and principles involved in Public Works. Starting salary is $23.96 per hour with a generous benefits package.

join our growing community who has a focus on long range planning
and economic development; performing professional and advanced
planning work involving all aspects of planning administration.
Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in urban
planning or related field with a minimum four (4) years experience in
planning and management talent, or similar combination of
experience that provides the abilities to perform the job. Qualified
candidates must possess excellent communication skills with the
ability to make effective presentations and recommendations before
Council and other agencies. Starting salary is $5058.00 per month
with a generous benefits package.
