ATTENTION CUSTOMERS:    Beginning on March 1, 2011 the City of Post Falls’ third party provider will be charging a 3.95% convenience fee on all credit card transactions, and a flat fee of $4 on payments when paying by check on the website. The City does not retain any portion of the convenience fee.  If you use the internet to make your payment, please take a moment to double check the account number being reported is correct to ensure the payment is correctly posted to your account in a timely manner.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our utility phone line at 777-4504. 
IF YOU ARE PAYING A DELINQUENT BILL ONLINE, NEAR THE SERVICE DISCONTINUANCE DATE, YOU NEED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE  AT 777-4504 TO LET THEM KNOW.  IT MAY TAKE UP TO 72 HOURS FOR PAYMENT PROCESSING.   THIS MAY HELP YOU AVOID ACTUAL SERVICE DISCONTINUANCE, AND THE ACCOMPANYING DELINQUENT PENALTY CHARGES.
