Halloween at City Hall
All little ghouls are invited to join us at the new Post Falls City Hall at 408 N. Spokane St. on Friday, October 31 from 2:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m. for trick or treating. You can dress up in your costumes and bring in your Halloween coloring page for special treats. The coloring sheets are available in each department. Have a fun, save and happy Halloween.

City Cable 13 to rebroadcast forums on ballot issues
The Proposed Kootenai County Vehicle Registration Fee Informational Forum held on Sept. 22 will be rebroadcast on Channel 13 Mondays at 6pm and Saturdays at 3pm.Video

HOMEOWNERS WINTERIZING SPRINKLER SYSTEMS
Post Falls residents preparing their sprinkler systems for winter do not have to meet any special requirements by the City, including backflow testing.
The City requires backflow testing only in the spring. Backflow tests are done by private contractors and those reports must be filed with the City by May 15 each year. The City has a list of certified backflow testers. Link to the Water Division

URBAN FORESTRY MEETING CANCELLED
The October 15 meeting of the Post Falls Urban Forestry Commission has been cancelled. The next meeting of the Urban Forestry Commission will be November 19.

MULLAN AVE. PROJECT
Paving operations will be continuing on Mullan Avenue from HWY 41 to Idaho Street through Friday, October 3.
Drivers and property owners should anticipate occasional delays and some access restrictions. Schedule Update

COMPUTER CLASSES OFFERED AT POST FALLS LIBRARY
A new series of adult computer classes will be offered at the Post Falls Library
and in October and November for people who want to learn basic computer skills and programs.
