Located west of Spokane Street, off 4th Avenue, this is a 22-acre park that includes three covered shelters,
accessible paved pathways, historical interpretive signs, picnic shelters, restrooms, a playground, and scenic views of the dam and gorge. A fishing pond dedicated for youth & handicapped individuals is the centerpiece.(Idaho Dept. of Fish & Game regulations apply - anyone over the age of 14 must have a license to legally fish. If they are not Idaho residents they must be accompanied by a licensed fisherman.) An ADA compliant swing, designed for children with motor skill disabilities.
