Camp Ka-Mee-Lin is looking for teens who are interested in becoming role models to younger campers. Our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program is designed for teenagers that are ready to begin the transition from camper to counselor. This is a great opportunity for teens to develop their leadership skills in working with younger children. Teens will learn behavior management, teambuilding, communication, and activity facilitation through shadowing Counselors, meeting as a group, and daily meetings with Camp Leadership. Each CIT will receive First Aid & CPR certified training. Participation in the CIT program is by selection. An application is available on the recreation page on the City’s website. Applicants will be invited to interview with camp leadership. Please contact the Camp Director, at recreation@postfallsidaho.org for more information.
