The City Administrator’s Department is responsible for administrative direction for all departments of the City, providing budgetary and policy advice to the Mayor and City Council, and implementing City Council goals, budgets, policies and the City’s Strategic Plan. The Administrative Department will implement City Council policy direction, direct cost-effective and customer service oriented city services, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements, monitor activities to assure timely completion.
The Administration Department develops and maintains professional and effective relations with external agencies and the citizens of the community.
