Downtown Public Space & Community Center Feasibility Study
Collection of as much information as possible on awareness, use patterns, satisfaction, desires, barriers, vision, priorities, funding possibilities, and willingness to pay.
The consultant team will provide an updated inventory and assessment of the relevant components
of the parks and public spaces in Downtown Post Falls and related influence areas, assessing quality,
quantity, and functionality for their intended purpose.
The team will utilize information gathered from these meetings with input from the staff and the project team to identify potential community engagement, activation, and programming strategy for the downtown public space.
The final plan set to be delivered in March will include an action plan with detailed cost estimates on acquisition and development, along with Identification of potential facilities that could impact economic development.
